Our experience is extensive and ranges from specification and design, through installation and commissioning, to acceptance, operation and maintenance. LOCRIS Programme and Project Management services have been responsible for major rebuild and re-equipping projects, down-sized a large Branch Premises network, implemented distributed IT and communications projects and planned and hired the core team which deployed the UK National Lottery network. LOCRIS designed and implemented one of the most successful euro conversion support programmes whilst, at the same time, developing and implementing a Y2K compliance methodology which resulted in a Blue (satisfactory) status for the organisation concerned (a major investment banks London based Global FI&E business).
